Miette, the stray cat who adopted us, is coming along nicely in her pregnancy. I am not exactly sure when she is due, but I think it will be within the next few weeks.

This is the first time I have owned a pet that is going to have children, so I might be going a little overboard. I search Google and Bing everyday for information about what to expect, signs of trouble, what kind of box she is going to need, etc. Friends who have gone through a litter of kittens before are making fun of me.

Today I spent too much money on a Bluetooth webcam so that we can wirelessly watch the kittens without having some obnoxiously huge camera setup. Think the Shiba Inu puppy cam, but with little mewling kittens (and close-up!).
